Bruschetta n' Cheese Stuffed Chicken Breast

Gosh these look good!!

You need:

1 can Italian style diced tomatoes undrained
1 1/4 cups Mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
1 package Stove Top Stuffing
8 small boneless chicken breast
1/3 cup Roasted Red Pepper Italian with Parmesan dressing

Heat oven to 350

Mix tomatoes, 1/2 cup cheese and basil in bowl. Add stuffing mix,stir just until moistened

Place 2 chicken breast in reseable bag. Pound with meat mallet until chicken is 1/4 inch thick. Remove and place top side down. Repeat with remaining chicken. Spread chicken with stuffing mixture. Starting a 1 narrow end, tightly roll up each breast. Place seam side down in 13x9 baking dish. Drizzle with dressing.

Bake 40 minutes or until chicken is done. Sprinkle with remaining cheese bake 5 minutes or until melted.

Banana Pudding Squares

I think my son-in-law would like this. He loves banana cream pie !!

What you will need:

35 Nilla wafers crushed
1/4 cup margarine melted
1 package cream cheese, softened (8oz)
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tub Cool Whip
3 bananas
2 package Vanilla instant pudding
3 cups milk
1/2 square Semi Sweet chocolate, grated

1. Mix crumbs and margarine,press onto bottom of 13x9 dish. Refrigerate

2. Beat cream cheese and sugar in bowl with whisk until blended. Stir in 1 1/2 cups Cool Whip, spread over crust. Top with bananas.

3. Beat pudding mixes and milk with whisk 2 minutes. Spread over bananas, Top with remaining Cool Whip and chocolate. Refrigerate for 3 hours.

This table was a flea market find. It was painted and fitted with 2 pieces of glass.

Set piece of glass on table and arrange your photos, and adhere them with double sided tape .

Then place the other piece of glass on top.

Cute idea, we can all use another side table or maybe for crafting.

Monogram Napkin

While you are in the mood for stamping and stenciling, here's another idea.

Dress up a corner of a plain napkin and give your table a personal touch.

Stamp your initial in the corner of a linen napkin and add a few small beads for sparkle.

Stenciled Rose Duvet

A rose garland softens the edges of this plain duvet. This is so pretty and not very hard either.

To secure a stencil to the fabric,cut a design from self adhesive vinyl, the kind made for shelf liners. Or you can spritz the back of a plastic stencil with spray adhesive.

Fill in the design using fabric paint. Preserve the design by following the manufacturers heat setting instructions.

Hey !! Look at me all decked out in Fall colors!! It is beautiful. Thanks to my very talented daughter, Jennifer.
