Baby Update

Well, Jennifer had another appointment this morning and it seems that everything is going along just fine. The due date is the same July 23, so it looks like in 7 weeks we will get to meet this precious little baby boy. The time has actually gone by rather fast, it seems like only the other day I was thinking we had months to go and now it is almost here.

In a saucepan heat oil and add onion and garlic. Cook stirring until onion is soft and translucent about 5 minutes

Stir in tomatoes,chile,Worcestershire,vinegar,molasses, and lemon juice. Simmer over medium low heat until reduced by a fourth,stirring occasionally, about 45 minutes

Working in batches, puree sauce in a blender Season with salt and pepper Refrigerate in a jar for 2 weeks
