May baskets can be recycled from tin and glass household containers;
Hammer holes in the sides of a tin can or antique cocoa tin. Run twine or ribbon through each hole, and knot inside. Wrap dark annealed iron wire below the lip of a jelly jar. Loop and twist a second wire around the first for a handle.
