Ingredients
1 cup low sodium soy sauce
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons lime juice
4 cloves garlic
2 teaspoons ground ginger
3 pounds flank steak
How to
In a large resealable plastic bag mix soy sauce,lime juice, garlic and ginger to combine. Lightly score steak on both sides. Add steak to marinade. Marinate in refrigerator 4-8 hours, turning occasionally
Heat broiler> Cover sided cookie sheet with foil. Cook steak 4 inches from heat for 11 minutes, turning once, or until medium rare
