This is so adorable !! Dress up ordinary foam balls with a sprinkling of shimmering cellophane glitter flakes.Then hot glue the ball atop a papier mache cone to create a sweet looking treat that won't melt. Add a pretty bow and ribbon hanger using hot glue .
Easy, huh?
