Pumpkin Bars with Cream Cheese Icing

These very moist and tasty bars will definitely be a hit .And very easy to put together .

Ingredients:

4 eggs
1 2/3 cup sugar
1 cup cooking oil '
1- 15 oz can Pumpkin
2 cup flour
2 teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda

Directions:

Stir all ingredients together Pour into an ungreased 11x15 inch pan. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees or for thicker bars bake in a 13x9 pan for 45 minutes. Frost with Cream Cheese frosting

Cream Cheese Frosting

Beat together
1- 3 oz package Cream Cheese softened
1/2 cup butter softened
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups powdered sugar.
