This is a different kind of exchange. You need to draw names from a hat a month or so before Christmas, so I thought maybe this could be something that you could do at your Thanksgiving dinner.Each participant has to buy five presents each for $3 or less, for a total of about $15. When you're ready for the exchange, each person receives a bag filled with 5 treats.
Staying within the budget can be a challenge, but once you start looking, you'd be surprised at what you can find.
