We have all seen these stars in discount and craft stores.Here is a new twist for decorating using these sometimes plain accent.Paint the star black, then cover it with patterned papers and photos. Use vellum or tracing paper to create a pattern of one of the points,then use the pattern to crop photos and trim favorite papers.
Decoupage each photo and paper piece to the star
