2/3 cup whipping cream

2/3 teaspoon dried basil leaves
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon parsley flakes
1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh chives

Meanwhile place pie crust in a 9 inch glass pie plate and bake
