Impossibly Easy Taco Pie

Here's another easy meal, that the whole family will love.

You need

1 pound ground beef
1 onion
1 package taco seasoning
1 can chopped green chiles
1 cup milk
2 eggs
1/2 cup Bisquick mix
3/4 cup shredded Cheddar or Monterrey cheese
Salsa/ Sour cream it desired

How to

Heat oven to 400 Grease 9 inch pie plate. Cook beef and onion until beef is browned ;drain Stir in seasoning mix (dry) Spoon into pie plate;top with chiles.

Stir in milk ,eggs and Bisquick mix until well blended. Pour into pie plate

Bake about 25 minutes until knife inserted comes out clean. Sprinkle with cheese and bake 8-10 minutes longer Serve with salsa, sour cream if desired.
