Get all the great taste of a cheeeseburger magically baked in a pie. This is an easy dinner to fix when we are all busy.
You need
1 pound lean hamburger
1 large onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup shredded cheese (Cheddar)
1/2 cup Original Bisquick mix
1 cup milk
2 eggs
How to
Heat oven to 400 Spray a 9 inch pie plate with cooking spray
In a 10 inch skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat 8-10 minutes,stirring until beef is browned;drain and stir in salt. Spread into pie plate Sprinkle with cheese
In a small bowl, stir remaining ingredients with fork or whisk until blended . Pour into pie plate
Bake about 25 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
