BBQ Flank Steak

Here is another great Spring idea, maybe even Easter dinner would be nice. Sorry I don't have a picture to share, but this recipe is really a easy fix.

The longer you marinade this meat the better and it is. It becomes very tender. At least for 4 hours is what they recommend.

You need

1/2 cup Soy sauce
1 lemon
1/4 cup oil
1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
1 1/2 pounds flank steak

Cook on grill for 5-6 minutes on each side. No longer , or meat may become tough.

* Remember marinade for at least 4 hours.
