Spinach Manicotti

Personalize the dish by using your favorite pasta sauce

You need

1 box of Manicotti shells
1 1/2 cups shredded Italian cheese
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 container ricotta cheese
1 box frozen cut spinach thawed drained and squeezed dry
2 cloves garlic chopped
1 egg slightly beaten
Pasta Sauce

Heat oven to 375 Cook Manicotii as directed In a medium bowl stir together 1 cup of Italian cheese the pepper flakes cheese spinach garlic and egg

In bottom of ungreased baking dish, spread 1 cup of pasta sauce Spoon ricotta mixture into Manicotti ;place over sauce in dish Pour remaining sauce over Manicotti Cover tightly with foil

Bake about 30 minutes or until sauce is bubbling Uncover dish;sprinkle with remaining cheese blend. Bake for 5 more minutes or until cheese is melted
