Crisp And Creamy Baked Chicken

You need

4 small boneless chicken breast
6 tbsp extra crispy seasoned coating mix( Shake and Bake )
2 cups instant white rice uncooked
2/3 cup cream of celery soup
1/4 cup milk
1 cup shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack Cheese

How to

Heat oven to 400

Coat chicken with coating mix ,place in greased pan. Bake 20 minutes or until chicken is done. Meanwhile cook rice.

Mix soup and milk until well blended;pour over chicken. Top with cheese. Bake 5 minuted or until cheese is melted and sauce is bubbly. Serve over rice.
