Parmesan and Sage Crusted Pork Chops

This yummy Parmesan and sage infused pork chop looks delicious.

You need

1 slice white bread torn into pieces
1 tablespoon chopped fresh sage
1.4 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
4 boneless thin cut pork chop trimmed
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup flour
2 large egg whites
1 1/2 teaspoons canola oil

How to

Place bread in a food processor;pulse bread 10 times into a coarse crumbs Combine breadcrumbs,cheese,sage salt and pepper in a shallow dish Place flour in another dish. Combine mustard and egg whites in another dish.

Working with one pork chop at a time dredge in flour shaking off excess. Dip pork into egg white mixture allowing excess to drip off. Coat pork with breadcrumb mixture.

Heat a skillet over medium heat Add pork and cook for 3 minutes each side or until browned and done
