Roasted Cheddar Potatoes

These would make a great side dish with steak, or hamburgers

You need

1 24 oz package frozen potato wedges
2 tablespoons cooking oil
4 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup shredded white or other cheddar cheese
2/3 cup crushed croutons

Preheat oven to package directions Place potatoes in plastic bag.Combine cooking oil,garlic,paprika, and salt. Drizzle over potato wedges Seal bag and shake to coat.

Spread potatoes n a single layer . Bake potatoes according to directions.

In a bowl combine the cheese and croutons. Sprinkle over the potatoes the last 3 minutes of baking. Use a large spatula to transfer potato wedges to a platter
