1.Paints, fertilizers, mercury thermometers,rechargeable batteries
Bring them your town's hazardous waste collection site for recycling or proper disposal
2.E-waste: Computer monitiors, printers, TV's,fax machines, laptops (all contain dangerous metals)
Return items to manufacturers that have take-back programs or find a nearby e-waste recycler at eiae.org
3.Appliances: stoves, refrigerators, air conditioners,washing machines
Donate working items to charity. For broken appliances, call your town's recycling center, they may use them for scrap metal
