This was our dinner tonight. It was goood!!!
I had some left over BBQ chicken from last night so I shredded it . Boiled some egg noodles according to package directions.
Drained noddles, added bottled Alfredo sauce, then added noodles mixed well, and added left over chicken.
This could be done with chicken, ham, pork, beef anything that is left over.
Good way to stretch your money and not waste leftovers. I also served a vegetable to go with it , it was a very rounded dinner.
