I can not tell you how many times this has happened to me. You need a little stock for a recipe ,but not the whole can. What do you do with the rest. Now I know !!
Freezing unused stock or a homemade batch in 1 cup muffin tins makes it easy to store in small amounts.
Pop frozen portions out of tin:store them in resealable plastic bags. They will keep for about 2 months.
Now, that's a good thing!!
