Grilled Double Cheese and Herb Bread

This would go really good with the salad that I just posted. The recipe calls for making this over hot coals, but I think that you could easily do this in the broiler

You need

4 slices Italian bread 1/2 inch thick
Cooking Spray
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dried basil leaves
1 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano leaves
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup shredded Colby or mild Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded Havarti cheese

How to

Heat grill. Spray both sides of each bread slice with cooking spray. Sprinkle one side with basil,oregano, and garlic powder Top with cheeses

Place bread on grill Cook for 2-3 minutes or until bread is toasted and cheese is melted
