Another good idea for Super Bowl Sunday!! Everyone will love these. My husband Bill, makes these all the time on the grill. There are a very tasty cut of meat.
You need
1 12 ounce boneless beef rib eye steak
2 tablespoons butter
2 medium onions thinly sliced
1 red or green sweet pepper cut into thin strips
4 french rolls
4 ounces sliced cheddar cheese
How to
Partially freeze beef. Thinly slice beef across the grain into bite size strips. In a skillet melt butter add onions and pepper Cover and cook over med-low heat for about 10 minutes or until tender
Remove onion and pepper,if needed add more butter to pan and add beef,cook and stir over med-high heat for 2-3 minutes
Serve on rolls Put under broiler for 4-5 minutes until cheese melts
