Here's a great treat for Super Bowl Sunday, when the gang comes over for the game . It's pretty simple ,and I would think that you could make these a little before and if you had a warming tray you could hold them for awhile

You need

12 chicken wings (you could make as many as you need and adjust the amounts )
2 tablespoons butter melted
3 tablespoon hot pepper sauce
2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 recipe Blue Cheese Dip and celery sticks

How to

Cut off and discard tips of chicken Cut wings at joints to form 24 pieces Place chicken wings in a resealable plastic bag set in a shallow dish

For marinade-- Stir together melted butter, pepper sauce, paprika, salt, and cayenne pepper Pour over chicken wings /seal bag. Marinate at room temp for 30 minutes Drain discard marinade

Place the chicken wing pieces on the unheated rack of a broiler pan.Broil 4 -5 inches from the heat for about 10 minutes Turn chicken wings.Broil for 10-15 minutes more Serve with Blue Cheese Dip and celery sticks

Blue Cheese Dip--- In a blender combine 1/2 cup sour cream 1/2 cup mayonnaise,1/2 cup crumbles blue cheese,1 tablespoon vinegar and 1 clove garlic minced. Cover and blend until smooth Serve with celery sticks
