Here is a"healthy lunch"idea for school age
children.
Looks good enough for some of us adults,also. It's a nice change from peanut butter and jelly sandwich's.

String cheese and assorted crackers
Broccoli and Cauliflower and a dipping sauce
1/2 Blueberries( or any fruit they might like)
Slice of Banana bread
Light and satisfying.
