Here is another idea to soothe your sore neck from too much computer work, or just plain stress.
You'll need:
Fabric 25x12
2 pieces ribbon 10 inches long(each )
Rice 8-10 cups
Directions:
1. Fold material in half right sides together, stitch making a tube .
2.Turn right side out, fold the ends of one end 1/2inch in and tuck the end of one piece of ribbon into opening . Sew in place.
3.Divide your tube into 4 sections. Pour about 1 cup of rice into one sections and pin. Then sew it closed.
4. Repeat until all sections are filled and sewed. Repeat #2
