We all like to make New Year's Resolutions, but sometimes have a hard time keeping them. I found this great tip, and it might just work.
If you decide to make a New Year's Resolution, try making a list of 12--- A new one for each month.
When spread over the year,your goals will become habits and you'll celebrate a new success every month.
