Loaded Baked Potato Casserole

Everything you love about a loaded baked potato in a casserole. Don't let that word fool you , this dish is sure to please.

Ingredients

6 large potatoes
1/2 cup butter
1 cup cheddar cheese grated
1/4 cup bacon bits
Salt to taste and pepper
2 cup frozen chopped broccoli thawed
6 green onion tops chopped

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 325

2. Boil, bake or microwave potatoes .

3. Cut potatoes in half and arrange in a large casserole dish, leaving skins on potatoes. Press down with a fork

4.Spread butter over potatoes and then the bacon bits

5. Salt and pepper to taste

6. Boil or steam broccoli and add to top of casserole

7.Spread grated cheese over top and bake until cheese is melted , then garnish with chopped green onion tops.
