Caesar Salad in Toast Cups

This is a different way to serve your salad.

You need

1 tablespoon olive oil
4 slices Whole grain bread,crust removed
4 cups romaine lettuce
1/4 cup prepared Caesar salad dressing
1/4 cup Seasoned croutons
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

How to

Heat oven to 350 Lightly brush both sides of the bread with the oil. Press the bread slices into the bottom and up the sides of a muffin pan cups

Bake for 10 minutes or until bread cups are lightly browned. Remove the bread cups from the pan and let cool

Place the lettuce into a bowl Add the dressing and toss to coat. Spoon i cup lettuce mixture into each bread cup. Sprinkle with the croutons and cheese
