Sour Cream Scalloped Potatoes

Makes 15 servings, 3/4 cup each and prep is only 30 minutes

You need

! package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup chicken broth
3 pounds red potatoes,sliced thin
1 package smoked ham chopped 6 oz
1 8oz package shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup frozen peas

How to

Heat oven to 350

Mix cream cheese,sour cream, and broth in large bowl until well blended. Add potatoes,ham,1 3/4 cups cheese and peas;stir gently to evenly coat all ingredients

Spoon into 13x9 baking dish spray with cooking spray;top with remaining cheese

Bake 1 hour or until casserole is heated through and potatoes are tender
