Simply Spicy Grilled Chicken

This looks yummy and easy to make for this summer BBQ!!

You need

3/4 cup Picante Sauce
3/4 cup BBQ sauce
2 pounds chicken parts skin removed
1 cup uncooked long grain white rice
2 green onions sliced
Orange slices(optional)

How to

Stir the Picante sauce and BBQ sauce in a small bowl. Reserve 3/4 cup for rice

Lightly oil the grill.Grill the chicken for 20 minut. Brush the chicken with the remaining Picante sauce mixture. Grill chicken until the chicken is cooked through, turning and brushing often with the sauce. Discard the remaining sauce mixture

Cook the rice without salt. Stir the reserved 3/4 cup Picante sauce mixture and the onions. Serve the rice with the chicken Garnish with orange slices and thyme.
